About Me
I’m Alena Serebrinnikova, a Loan Processor at Loankea LLC since 2024. I graduated from Ural Federal University with a Bachelor’s degree in World Economics and International Business.
Before joining Loankea, I worked at one of the largest IT companies in Russia, where I was responsible for developing and maintaining strategic international partnerships. That experience taught me how to manage complex workflows, pay attention to details, and build strong, reliable relationships – skills that I now apply every day in mortgage processing.
At Loankea, I help structure and prepare loan applications, verify documentation, and coordinate communication between clients, lenders, and underwriters. My goal is to make the loan process clear, efficient, and stress-free for everyone involved. I work closely with our loan officer team and am always ready to assist our clients and team to ensure a positive and well-coordinated experience from start to finish.
